As a mother of a 5th grader in the Lakeville schools, a college educator that works with Gen Zers, Millennials and Mature Learners, a project management professional with 20 years of business experience, and a community advocate, I am seeking election for School Board in District 194. I believe my diverse experiences can contribute positively to District 194. If you elect me as school board member, I promise to provide a new, fresh, and rich perspective that advances our students and district.
I have a proven track record of helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals and initiatives by utilizing a creative and collaborative approach. I am committed to identifying, understanding, and executing on the diverse and unique needs of our students, teachers, parents, and community members.

As teachers, you deserve a seat at the table because you are on the front lines building our future leaders. You deserve access to the best resources, training and support. I do not want you to just survive in this environment, I want you to thrive!
As parents, you deserve a seat at the table because you have the right to have your children educated in a safe learning environment that assurance they are fully supported in achieving academic success.
As community members, you deserve a seat at the table because your involvement strengthens our ability to deliver a high-quality education for our students.
As our society, the economy and the world around us continues to change, it has never been more important for our district to come together. We need to work towards establishing a shared accountability within District 194. Not for the purpose of fault finding, but for the purpose of finding creative and innovative solutions to position us for future success.
